Larchmont Charcuterie is the all-natural alternative to the highly processed meats and salamis commonly produced. Unlike most leading brands we use a natural ingredient extracted from vegetables in our curing process. This allows for a stable, long-lasting product full of flavor but without any added nitrates. Larchmont Charcuterie offers the perfect solution to health conscience consumers longing for the great tastes of premium charcuterie.
We left out the nitrates, as well as all other additives like dextrose, sodium phosphate, and sodium erythorbate. In their place we use only the very best, all natural ingredients for an exquisite flavor and quality.
Our Pork Saucisson Sec is made in New York, but applies the essential flavors and traditions that define classic French Charcuterie. Fermented first, then dried to perfection, it is a six week process that sets us apart and makes us the best... naturally!
Also try our 100% Beef Saucisson Sec made with a hint of hot spice to intrigue the palate. Smoked over real wood, this Saucisson Sec pairs nicely with a robust wine such as a Chianti or a Cote Du Rhone.
